• Branding and Positioning: This course aims to provide students with the frameworks, tools and concepts regarding branding, positioning, brand equity, repositioning and brand value and to provide an understanding of policy issues including brand building, pricing and brand promotion.

• Buyer Behaviour: This course aims to deliver an understanding of the ability to evaluate consumption as a social, cultural & economic activity. To enable students to evaluate existing models of consumer decision-making processes, their applicability and universality.  To enable students to apply their knowledge of buyer behaviour in the context of marketing planning & strategy.

• Decision Techniques: This course aims to provide students with an appreciation of the complexity of business decisions; to demonstrate how business decisions can be reached in practice; to provide a framework for understanding the key issues that need to be addressed by business  managers in an increasingly complex environment.

• Digital Marketing: This module will introduce students to the digital marketing mix and provide the skills to manage the key elements of digital marketing in the rapidly changing environment of the 21st Century, the ability to think critically about marketing scenarios, assess market and associated information and use these to make informed decisions. Students will gain a broad introduction to marketing theory and emergent digital themes, such as disruptive technologies, experiential marketing, sustainable marketing, corporate social responsibility, hyper-segmentation and the role of technologies within this new era.

• Entrepreneurial Management & Leadership: This module provides an overview and introduction to the area of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial management, and leadership. Entrepreneurship is a growing and highly researched area within current management education and practice. The development of entrepreneurial activity is crucial to sustaining economic growth in the dynamic global economy. The ability to adopt an entrepreneurial stance is often the key to long-term organisational success.

• Events Management: Event planning, project management and identification of key points in the planning process will be explored.The course will cover areas such as strategic planning, budgeting, finance, promotions, marketing and sponsorship, operations & production, health & safety and risk management. Case studies will be utilized. The aim of the course is to provide the foundations necessary to understand the issues in how to create, plan and implement a diverse range of events.

• Fashion Marketing: The module will focus on the consumer decision-making process, highlighting the key moments from identifying a need to buying and consuming a product thanks to influencer marketing, experiential marketing, digital marketing, content marketing and public relation strategies. Participants will learn to analyse the marketplace, to recognize trends and to outline the different strategies that lead to product development, building label name recognition and loyalty.

• Financial Risk Management: This course aims to provide students with an understanding of how financial and non-financial corporations can identify, quantify and manage risks; to provide an understanding of how corporate management may contribute to increasing shareholder wealth; to examine the characteristics of the four major derivative instruments: forwards, futures, options and swaps and consider how their value is determined and how they may be used to manage financial risk.

• International Project Management: This course aims to develop understanding of the importance of and issues surrounding international project management. To equip students with the knowledge and tools for effective project management and teach students to apply skills to a variety of contexts. To enable students to review relevant project management software and analyse mitigation strategies.

• International Strategic Management: This course examines the 21st Century competitive landscape from a strategic management perspective and to assess how global and technological influences shape it. To study strategic competitiveness, competitive advantage, strategic intent, strategic mission, and evaluate their contribution to the strategic management process. To develop the ability to analyse strategic issues from a number of broad functional perspectives. To develop an understanding of strategic management in different contexts.

• Luxury Goods Management: Brand Management in the luxury industry is the art and science of creating the “dream factor”; it’s the excellence, storytelling and the heritage of the brand.The natural evolution of luxury, with luxury brands first being adopted by the affluent and wealthy then being translated and reinterpreted down to mass markets, raises new challenges for marketing strategists. Luxury brands need to stay in front of luxury consumers, through the discovery of new and different ways to give expression to their desires.  This module aims to create experts in luxury brand management, enabling candidates to understand customer behaviour and retention, along with product development, sourcing, distribution, pricing and merchandising strategies.

• Multinational Corporate Finance: This module examines many of the issues confronting such managers and aims to give students an understanding of the global financial environment within which the MNC operates; an appreciation of the resulting risks of operating in such a global environment; the tools to analyse and manage those risks; an understanding of the financial opportunities open to the MNC.

• Organisational Structure and Change: This modules provides students with an understanding of how to structure a business, implement strategy and operate in the modern global business environment; to understand the Change process and methods of managing change.

Each student will have to teach other students what he knows and can do, and in turn will learn from others what he does not know.
