ESE Rome is delighted to have as next Guest Speaker Carmen Galegi, Organization and Development Manager at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.
After a brief introduction of the company, Carmen will focus her attention on their pilot project, which aims to improve cross-functional cooperation, all in maintaining co-creation processes, brainstorming, mutual feedback and constant information sharing.
Starting from the “Agile” principles, she will analyse the “war room” methodology, which is especially helpful in this direction.
