As deputy Director at Credit Lyonnais, he has helped many large European banks develop their risk management programs over the past 20 years. Founder and manager of Juvandi Conseil, a limited liability company that has been in business for 20 years. The company is based in NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE, in the Ile-de-France region, and is specialized in the field of business and management consulting.
Mr Ducrey began his career at Crédit Lyonnais bank as:
- Operational research department Manager
- Information systems department Deputy Manager
- Senior Vice President Crédit Lyonnais USA
- International network information systems Manager
- “Inspection Générale” Deputy Manager (internal audit)
The lecture will be focused on Risk Management at Crédit Lyonnais and will cover the following topics:
- Types of risk in banking activities
- Focus on operational risks
- How to analyze and mitigate these risks
