Read moreTalent acquisition has changed throughout the years but never quite as fast as it has done in the last months. As the digital world and our physical reality get more and more interconnected, there’s an increasing need for innovative systems especially when it comes to Human Resources.
In light of the current events affecting the world, and as a first-ever occurence for any ESE Campus, ESE Milan is proud to have held their own Virtual Carreer Day, on November 10th 2020. The event, a multi-room experience with one-to-one interviews with the students, included 10 well known and established companies in a lot of different sectors.

Both the students and the Company representatives were thrilled by the outcome of the experience and were eager to interact, participate and most of all be the catalystof a new way of doing Internships.
