Randstad, a Dutch multinational Human Resource consulting firm with headquarters in Diemen, Netherlands, is a global leader in the HR services industry.

The company operates in several countries, all over the word, and in most of these countries, it works according to a unit structure, whereby each unit consists of two consultants who are responsible for service provision to clients and selecting candidates.

Marco Napoli talked about his job as a Technology Consultant in the company, explaining the difference between the delivery consultant and the sales consultant. He then illustrated some career options in Randstad and the required skills, soft and not, that the students must have.
