Read moreEuropean School of Economics students were hosted in the City of London last Friday in the award-winning offices of Bloomberg. The new headquarters, opened just 2 years ago and designed to stimulate communication forces both visitors and staff to walk under and around the ship-like hull to then ascend and begin their journey in the 2nd floor common area. In the interest of transparency, no one has a private office and executives work from common rooms next to analysts, researchers and technicians. Students were introduced to the Bloomberg terminal and given a generous one-hour presentation on the various aspects of its working in addition to learning about the company ethos and while also enjoying the ‘Open Pantry’ snack areas.
