Yesterday we had, as ESE Fashion & Luxury Culture Department, the honor of inviting Luca Ricci to have a chat with our Luxury Goods Management students about Customer Engagement and the Shopping Experience.

The Mission of a Customer Engagement Manager is to create the best possible experience for any client who steps into a boutique or shop. This is particularly challenging because the success of their job is directly connected with the level of happiness that a potential customer will have at the end of the whole experience.

In order to achieve a great level of success, a Customer Engagement Manager must know both the Brand and the audience like the back of their hands, in order to design and create a truly unforgettable shopping experience.

We want to thank Luca for taking the time to share his own journey with our students and for bringing so much knowledge and personal experience to the table.
