ESE students attending a Masterclass held by Tracy Tan from MENARINI Group

ESE Florence’s 2nd year ‘Managing People’ students had the exclusive opportunity to participate in a Masterclass held by Tracy Tan, Global HR Director and Strategic People Operations at MENARINI Group, Italian pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Florence and a worldwide presence in 140 countries.

Being based in Singapore herself, Tracy drives Menarini’s #HR strategy at a global level. She focuses on how to build trust and accountability in a multicultural and highly complex company structure, on centralization vs decentralization issues and the future challenges and opportunities for HR in the digitalized era.

With the help of her colleagues Katharina Possin, Talent Development Manager and Eleonora Della Vedova, People Development & HR Architecture Officer, our students were involved in games explaining various HR concepts via an experiential approach.
