ESE Florence students attended the workshop ‘Preparation for the Workplace‘ yesterday organised by ESE Florence’s Internship Department in collaboration with Adecco Florence.

The Adecco Group is one of the most important multibrand platforms of consulting and HR solutions for the job market, that include search and selection services, organisational consulting, head hunting, temporary and permanent placement, outsourcing and outplacement for Florence, Italy and abroad. Adecco aims to ensure that people become inspired, motivated and trained in order to be established in an ever-evolving work environment – a mission that is very much in line with the philosphy of the European School of Economics.

First speaker of the workshop was Sergio Pennati, City Manager at Adecco Florence, who briefly presented Adecco Group. Martina Maccioni, Senior Recruiter at Adecco, then talked about the correct preparation of an outstanding CV with focus on the right skills, especially for the automotive and finance fields. Sara Lelli, Consultant at Adecco Tuscany, USA and UK, talked about international workplace environments and digital transformation, and finally Ilaria Hu, Recruitment Specialist at Adecco Florence, discussed the job market and specific skills requested for China.
