The programme is designed to fit around professional and academic schedules and takes place over 3 consecutive Fridays, with 3 hours per session.
Session 1: Storytelling & Collaborating with AI
What We Will Cover

- Learning the foundations of authentic storytelling and impactful communication.
Practical Exercises
- Writing and delivering a personal 1-minute speech without slides.
- A comparative exercise: creating a speech independently and then refining it with AI support to understand how to improve structure, clarity, and creativity.
Session 2: Prompting AI & Structuring Your Speech
What We Will Cover
- Learning how to communicate effectively with AI tools through advanced prompting techniques.
- Avoiding common mistakes when using AI for speech preparation.
- Using AI to generate high-quality content in seconds.
Practical Exercises
- Creating a personal library of reusable AI prompts for future presentations.
- Using AI as a simulated audience to practice handling difficult questions and objections.
- Developing and preparing a complete 5-minute keynote speech.
Session 3: Voice Training & Performance
What We Will Cover
- Mastering vocal delivery: tone of voice, pacing, pauses, confidence, and stage presence.
- Understanding how performance influences audience engagement.
Practical Exercises
- Using VoxCoachAI, an AI-powered application developed by the lecturer, which analyses vocal performance and provides real-time feedback on pacing, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Delivering a final 5-minute presentation with personalised performance feedback and improvement reports.
