ESE Florence is delighted to host as our next guest speaker Mr Giorgio Garzelli, General Director at SAMMONTANA S.p.A.,  the largest Italian gelato company in Italy, on Friday 11 March from 12.00 pm – 1.00 pm.

International General Director Giorgio Garzelli will start his lecture by sharing the company’s story, which started as a local family business in 1946, and developed into  the largest Italian ice-cream company in Italy in the ’70s. Nowadays, with a market share of 20%, it is  the leading company in the frozen dessert sector.

He will furthermore give an insight on the challenges that the company has faced and overcome, as well as their marketing strategy and plans for development and expansion on an international level.
