ESE Florence organises ‘Modena Luxury Experience’

This exclusive tour focused on 2 top-quality Italian business sectors in particular: automotive and food, with an inspiring visit to the premises of Ferrari, and visits and tastings of the region’s famous parmigiano reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar.

In Maranello, the students could experience Ferrari’s unique design, innovative technology and luxurious styling first-hand, and understand how this world-famous automotive brand of Italian excellence truly makes the world dream. The combination of tradition, innovation, passion and excellency makes Ferrari the perfect case-study of Italian luxury brands.

The guided tour at 4 Madonne Caseificio was an incredible opportunity to experience the traditional process of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese making, offering a close-up look at the complete production cycle, a visit to the impressive warehouse and finally a tasting session where the students could taste this top-quality level cheese themselves.

After a bountiful lunch at Agriturismo I Gelsi, the students ended their exclusive culinary journey with a visit at Acetaia Giusti, leading producer of premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and other gourmet specialties, where they could taste a variety of artisanally made balsamic vinegar that the house has been producing for over 400 years.
