Read moreToday we had, as ESE Fashion & Luxury Culture Department, the honor of inviting Sara Keuleyan Nisca to have a chat with our students about the Showroom of the Future.
With the advent of digitalization, the concept of showrooms has drastically changed: customers have no limitations, they are free from being within a certain location thanks to new technologies that allow them to see the products in 3D from the comfort of their home.
This, however, is a challenge for brands because the feeling of fabric running through a customer’s hands is non-replicable and therefore the experience needs to focus on engaging with the clients in a different and unique way.
We want to thank Sara for taking the time to share her own journey with our students and for being such a great inspiration for all of them.
