This year, Dreamers’ Week transformed the ESE Madrid campus into a hub of ideas, inspiration, and opportunity. From October 27th to 31st, our students connected directly with industry leaders, took part in hands-on workshops, and even interviewed for real internship and job opportunities, all organized by our dedicated Internship Department.

A week of energy, insight, and connection

Dreamers’ Week is all about bridging the gap between the classroom and the professional world. It gives students the chance to meet the people shaping industries and to see how their studies translate into real-world careers. We take great pride in connecting students to top-tier companies.

Monday: a strong start

We kicked things off with inspiring MasterClasses from World Football Summit, Energize Group, and The Pink Doctor. To wrap up the day, MusicHunters brought the community together with a live music session, the perfect blend of creativity and connection.

Tuesday: Creativity meets strategy

KAVEO led a practical, hands-on workshop that got students thinking about innovation and teamwork, followed by an insightful presentation from MusicHunters on the business side of the music industry.

Wednesday: a truly hlobal perspective

On Wednesday, we connected with companies around the world. Keido Japan and Hilton joined us online, while on campus we welcomed Universal Resorts, Rosewood Villa Magna, Unicorn Sports, and ESE alumnus Salah Salahdeen, who shared his own journey from ESE student to industry professional.

Thursday: innovation and purpose

Clarity AI and Signify took the stage to discuss how technology and sustainability are shaping the future of business. Their talks inspired students to think big – and think responsibly – about the kind of impact they want to make.

Friday: from dreams to opportunities

To close the week, World Football Summit, Clarity AI, Unicorn Sports, KAVEO, and Hilton returned to campus for student interviews. For many, it was the moment when all their preparation, networking, and passion came together — turning aspirations into tangible opportunities.

What made Dreamers’ Week so special wasn’t just the incredible lineup of companies – it was our students. Their curiosity, professionalism, and drive filled every conversation and presentation. They asked thoughtful questions, made valuable connections, and represented ESE Madrid with confidence and enthusiasm.
