First speaker of the workshop was Sergio Pennati, City Manager at Adecco Florence, who briefly presented Adecco Group. Martina Maccioni, Senior Recruiter at Adecco, then talked about the correct preparation of an outstanding CV with focus on the right skills, especially for the automotive and finance fields. Sara Lelli, Consultant at Adecco Tuscany, USA and UK, talked about international workplace environments and digital transformation, and finally Ilaria Hu, Recruitment Specialist at Adecco Florence, discussed the job market and specific skills requested for China.
