GIANCARLO CARNIANI: “We are facing a complete disruption of the hospitality business, but it’s the best thing that has happened in my career.”
ESE Florence guest lecture – 20 October 2020
Read moreThe first guest lecture of the fall term 2023 at ESE Florence was dedicated to entrepreneurship and strategic business management, in particular for the hospitality business. ESE Florence’ students had the honour to join the inspiring address of Francesco Cavallo, General Manager of the Cellai Boutique Hotel in Florence, on Wednesday 4 October.
Francesco Cavallo started his talk by sharing his personal story and professional experience in the international tourism and hotel business. He continued his passionate lecture focussing on tourism business values as well as current hospitality trends, showing how this knowledge can shape your strategy as a hospitality entrepreneur.
“Today I had an amazing lecture about hospitality trends with the owner of Cellai Boutique Hotel“, said Daria from Russia, one of the students in the short Business course in Hospitality Management. “Thanks ESE Florence for this amazing opportunity!”
We also thank Contemporary Hospitality professor Massimo Coppetti for introducing our students to this passionate business professional.
